Filing requirements are:
1. Full name(s) and address(es) of applicant(s)
for Company - Business license with seal - PDF version
for Natural person - Passport / Identity card with signature
2. Llist of goods or services
3. POA need notarization

TIME frame
In straightforward case, i.e., no objection from the Registry and no opposition by third party, it will
take 8 to 10 months from filing to getting Certificate of Registration.
RENEWAL
A trade mark registration is valid for 7 years , and is renewable every 7 years.
